Koffman Investments Limited is a wholly owned Ghana Company with Property Development (Construction), Printing and logistics as its core business function. The company was incorporated under the laws of Ghana in 2007. In the area of construction, Koffman Investments Ltd as part of its functions identifies commercially viable opportunities in the Real Estate Sector and either acquires/merge/lease, demolish old buildings, construct new ones in their place and own same, operate for a specific period and transfer back to the owner based on the agreement reached with the owners.
Koffman Investments Ltd has been in existence since 2007, during which time it has built some of the city’s finest properties including but not limited to the Everlove building at Market circle Takoradi currently housing Calbank, Christy's building housing Opportunity international savings and loans and OmniBSIC bank, The Nest building, housing First Bank Ghana, renovated and converted former Maggi Guest House into apartments/housing for use by staff of Schlumberger (an oil service company). We are currently the biggest commercial Real Estate company in the Western region. Our focus is on land acquisition, renovating, constructing, or owning Real Property, manufacturing concrete products, and providing logistical services.
Koffman Investment ltd Renovated and converted former Maggi Guest House into apartments/housing for use by staff of Schlumberger (an oil service company), constructed a multipurpose building around the Kwesimintsim trotro (lorry) constructed a multipurpose building around the Kwesimintsim trotro (lorry) station which is used as shops, bank, supermarket, offices etc. Koffman recently completed the construction of Everlove building which is housing Cal bank, fourteen (14) multipurpose stores and two (2) large offices to be used by any firm/ company like an insurance company or a law firm among other private properties. We are currently one of the biggest commercial Real Estate Company in the Western region with our focus in the area of land acquisition, renovating, constructing or owning real Property, manufacturing of concrete products, and provision of logistical services.
